If you have no acces to the EKRK-member area you can fill out the Registration form and apply to become an EKRK Allianced Partner.
Through this restricted member area, houses can be uploaded and the demands and special offers from other EKRK-brokers and Allianced Partners can be seen.
Why cooperate with EKRK?
EKRK is an European Association of Real-Estate Brokers that has been founded in 1994 in the Czech Republic. With an aim of quality and knowledge, the EKRK spread rapidly over the Czech Republic and beginning in 2004 over Europe as well.
The EKRK is not a franchising organisation but an organization of independant brokers that commit themselves to comply with Regulations in order to protect the quality of their services. To become a member there must be a prove of experience and quality and the applying member has to be recommended by already existing EKR-members. Not complying to the Regulations means that one can be expelled from the EKRK. If you as a Real Estate office become an EKRK-member, you give a clear message to your customers and to the market that you want to do your business as a professional with an angle of high quality services.
Real Estate Brokers that want to do business with EKRK-members and as well companies that do related businesses such as Mortgages, Insurances, and Valuations, can be registered as EKRK-Allianced Partner.
