CESKY RAJ- BOHEMIAN PARADISE:
Miles of well marked trails along the bizzare rock formations, deep canyons and romantic castles invites you for a hike offering breathtaking views and sceneries. Bohemian Paradise is an area that is roughly spread over the triangle formed by the towns of Turnov, Mlad Boleslav, and Jicn. It is approximately 70 km from Prague to the edge of this area. The name of "Bohemian Paradise" is one that the guests at the spa in Sedmihorky near Turnov first used in the 1870's and has become a genuine geographical term. The name captured the enchantment of the intellectual and social cream of that time with the beauty of the local countryside. One of the most dominant features of the region without doubt includes the ruins of Trosky Castle, with the adjacent ponds, rock massifs, and sandstone paths. "Bohemian Paradise" received UNESCO Geopark status for its cliff spires and castle ruins.
